We are currently in the process of completing our formal registration and accreditation as a legally recognized nonprofit organization.

We are actively preparing our documents for registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which will legally establish HeartStorm Heroes as a non-stock, non-profit corporation. Following SEC registration, we will begin the process of securing a Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) so that we may apply for an official tax identification number and fulfill our reporting requirements.

In our second year, we aim to apply for accreditation with the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC). This certification allows us to issue tax-deductible receipts to donors and further demonstrates our commitment to transparency and good governance.

In our third year, once our programs have scaled and stabilized, we plan to apply for full registration and accreditation with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as a recognized Social Welfare and Development Agency (SWDA). This will allow us to offer structured social services in line with national standards for public welfare organizations.
